At QRTrends.com, we aim to deliver your custom-made QR apparel quickly and reliably. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are processed only after full payment and valid link (URL) submission.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or courier service disruptions.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and regions within India.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp after the order is placed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders across India (unless otherwise specified during checkout).
If any additional charge applies (for bulk or remote area delivery), it will be clearly shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
6. Delivery Delays
QRTrends is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier or logistics partner issues
Incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control

7. Packaging
All products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
